We left Swing Sapa feeling disappointed and concerned. One of the rabbits was clearly starving – it eagerly ate the grass we gave it. It lived in a cage with a broken plastic floor, no enrichment or anything else and its feet looked injured, likely from standing on the harsh and broken surface. For the price of entry, they should at least be able to provide proper care for a single rabbit. It was heartbreaking to witness.
We also tried the slide, which felt awkward and unwelcoming. Three staff members stood by looking bored and uninterested. Read moreWe had such a fun time at Swing Sapa! When we visited, the crowd was small and mostly families with kids, which made the atmosphere even more relaxed and enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the mini electric cart—it was surprisingly fun to ride around! The slide was also a great touch and added to the playful vibe of the place. Every part of the area was thoughtfully designed and offered something unique.
