We had a lovely time at this resort. And while I want to give it a 5, there were just a bit of little things that were missing to make it quite a 5. And while I wanted to give it a 3, there were just a bit of little things that made me smile and boost the review up a notch.

THE GOOD: The set up is awesome, especially for big/multiple families. We were 3 couples and 1 family with 2 kids, and our 2 story resort had 4 rooms, each with a full bathroom. Each room was big and luxurious, and better than one Hilton king bedroom. There were 3 rooms upstairs, with two of them facing the beach. One of the rooms had a balcony overlooking our private pool and the lake. There was also another room downstairs, next to the kitchen. Bedrooms had large TVs, double vanity sinks in the bathroom, and king beds.

Downstairs, there was also a half bath, so we didn’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom while hanging out in the dining room or the living room.

There was also a kitchen with a stove, fridge, water pot, and lots of cabinets downstairs, as well as a dining table. Living room had nice sofas, and a balcony leading to the private pool.

The breakfast buffet is very nicely spread out, with a variety of foods, too much for us to eat all in one meal. We had three days so I got to taste more of it.

THE BAD: While the set up is nice, upkeep needs some work.

The balcony upstairs overlooks the pool and lake is pretty awesome to sit and relax. But the railing is full of rusty spots so be careful if you’re leaning against it - you can hurt yourself.

The kitchen is nice, but despite all the cabinet space, there are no utensils whatsoever for it to be of any use. The range is there for show - it doesn’t work. Not broken, it was made to never work. Thankfully the fridge works, but that and the water pot was about the only things that worked. So if you want to warm up any food or make any food in this beautiful kitchen, forget it. As nice as the kitchen is, it’s like a fake door that opens into a wall.

Our room looked and felt clean, but only in the areas immediately accessible. I was trying to access the hdmi cable behind the tv to connect it to my laptop and almost chocked on all the dust. A quick wipe down with the toilet paper showed some black dust.

The breakfast buffet is extensive but only a few of the hot items change each day, so you’re stuck eating pretty much the same thing every day. It’s a huge hit or miss with some of the hot foods - some are good, some aren’t. By the third day, I wasn’t feeling so much adventurous and stuck with just one hot item and local fruits.

WHAT MADE IT BETTER: Service. Our servers, maids, and drivers were always super nice and friendly. Loved each and every one of...

Meliá Vinpearl Cam Ranh provides outstanding service and extremely comfortable facilities. We spent there our Christmas and New Year vacation and I have to admit that it was unforgettable time!|Our adventure and satisfaction started since the first moment we arrived to Meliá Vinpearl Cam Ranh. The front office particularly the manager on a name Lee gave us an excellent villa with convenient location., she was very cooperative and friendly. |Villas are extremely comfortable and suits to expectations of experienced travelers. We had our own swimming pool and just a great view to indoor lake.|We chose full board plan , and enjoyed it in full. The food was extremely delicious and great variety of meals workable for meat lovers or just classic vegetarian. All my family loves Asian food particularly Korean- so we had an opportunity to enjoy it everyday. |Personal observation: for breakfast- the restaurant was always busy with guests, but during lunch or dinner it was truly quite and we had a feeling like all restaurant just served for several visitors like us:)|Personally I enjoyed the fact that the territory of hotel was very green, lots of coco nut trees or mango trees. I liked to pick mangos and eat it fresh- nice experience.!|Special appreciation for main swimming pool area and beach, both are unforgettable. During our stay the weather was amazing, but waves at sea were big enough and it was prohibited to swim. I am not a big fun of swimming, as a result I was not upset with big waves at all, because I just enjoyed to relax at sea coast breathing fresh air.|I want to underline that it was very convenient to use Tuk Tuk, generally it took them 5 minutes to pick you up from villa or lobby.|I think it will useful to mention, that hotel is just 7 minutes drive from airport and 5 minutes from Cam Ranh city - where you can find lots of spa or restaurants. I recommend to go to Nha Trang city- super place for shopping or entertainment.|To reach there- use Grab or green taxi, lots of drivers are near the lobby to hotel.|By the way always talk to customer care of hotel, I had few times a need to ask some support from Maya (front office manager of Meliá)- she was very useful and friendly.|Summarizing above I need to say that Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh - is a hidden paradise, top class resort, with amazing service and lovely nature. |I want to say personal appreciation to General Manager Mr.Mario- he runs this hotel perfectly, always personally controlled all events and just everyday life of hotel.|I will definitely return this hotel again and recommend for those who love excellent service and comfort.|Thank you for...

On Easter Sunday (9th april 2023),  I held my destination wedding at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh and it was the perfect venue!  No words can fully describe how highly I recommend this resort!! i had booked this venue only 2 weeks before the wedding

The first night on arrival i was greeted by Anh Viet (general manager), he was very welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to help me and my family.    All our luggages  went missing in transit from Melbourne airport to Cam Ranh airport and this was missing for 3 days before the wedding and we were all highly stressed with no clothes to wear  but Anh Viet was very helpful, calling up the airports tracking down our luggages and getting them delivered to the resort just in time for the wedding. He went above and beyond to help me daily, he messaged me multiple times on whatsapp daily to check whether i needed anything extra or to arrange any transport around Nha Trang

I stayed at 2 different villas there, first at the lake villa for 4 nights and then after the wedding I moved to the beachfront villa where I stayed for 3 nights. Both were totally amazing and luxurious, very clean and  spacious, each had a private pool, the interior design was french provincial and absolutely stunning! The beds were very comfortable ensuring a good night sleep and the housekeeping staff were extremely polite, always greeting me when walking past and willing to help.Getting around the resort by foot was easy and relaxing and i got to enjoy the breathtaking views or the other way was to call a tuktuk (a small buggy) this was also very easy and fast The buffet breakfast was included and had a great variety of western foods including an egg station, different types of bread, and vietnamese food - it was so good i gained 2 kg in 7days! The restaurant by the pool was very good with delicious cocktails too and the first 2 nights I ordered room service and this was delicious tooThe beach was amazing it was very wide and private and very clean.  Even though it is a massive resort, everywhere was spotless, the staff work in redibly hard to also ensure the lawns were all well maintainedi used the spa massage service and it was really relaxing - highly recommended if you need to wind down!

This resort has created wonderful memories for life! I was treated like royalty here!  i've been to many hotels around the world  and i can say hands down this has been the best resort  and you won't find anywhere else where where you get this amazing treatment at an affordable price10 stars easily! cannot wait to...

We had a family holiday in Melia Vinpearl at Can Ranh. In terms of weather, we went in late January and it was warm to hot without being too hot or humid. For us the weather was mostly good, with a day of rain. At the resort there were no bugs at all, we didn't see a single mosquito the whole time we were there. It may be different at other times of the year though. The only negative with the weather was the wind, which pretty much blew the whole time we were there. As a result the beach was closed and at times, not very pleasant. In our garden villa, it was sheltered from the wind, but if you had a beach front villa it would have been very windy. Something to keep in mind. We used the Yhi Spa and gym a number of times and it was great. The gym was fairly small, but very clean with a few different pieces of equipment. Overall the resort was super clean and well organised. The staff were very friendly though there were occasional language issues. Everything in the resort was in walking distance (you could walk around the whole resort in about 15 minutes) or you could order buggies to get where you need to go and they would turn up in a few minutes. There was a kids program but it was for smaller kids than ours, which was perhaps something lacking at the resort. They could have done with an activity room for older kids, with things like table tennis tables and pool tables. There was no self service laundry facilities in the hotel, which was a bit annoying, but you could organise someone to come and pick up your laundry and clean it and then drop it off at the resort through the concierge. When we arrived, we were greeted by Duty Manager Viet Nguyen who gave us his WhatsApp details and any time we had an issue, or a question, or needed something organised he was our first point of contact. That included answering many, many questions (sorry!), organising transport for a day trip for our family of 6, organising an outside laundry company to do our laundry, acting as an interpreter a couple of times and a bunch of other things. He was fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the staff, especially Viet Nguyen. Viet went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the resort and the surrounding area, and provided excellent recommendations for activities and dining options. The resort itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of the ocean and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious, modern and well-appointed, with all the comforts of home. The breakfast at the resort was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. But what really made my stay at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Viet Nguyen. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and exceptional customer service truly made me feel like a valued guest. He went out of his way to ensure that all of my needs were met, and his warm hospitality was the highlight of my stay. I highly recommend Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing vacation, and I cannot say enough good things about Viet Nguyen and the outstanding service he provided. Thank you, Viet, for making my stay so memorable!
