Four Points by Sheraton Lang Son — Hotel in Lạng Sơn Province

My family has been in your hotel since August 2023. Everything there is wonderful. I wanted to write a review for your hotel right after the end of the trip but I was too busy. My family is local, but we don't have time to take my children on a trip, I chose the Four Points by Sheraton hotel as a gift for my children on summer vacation. In addition, I work in the tourism industry so I want to experience hotel services in our hometown to compare with others. After experiencing it, I see that your hotel deserves to be the pride of Lang Son tourism industry. My family drove our own car to the hotel. As soon as the car stopped at the door, mr. Hoang- bellman quickly went out to the car to take care of our lugguages. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by mr. Thien and ms. Huong. We stayed in an Executive Suit room with a beautiful view of Lang Son city and Ky Cung river. The equipment in the room is very comfortable and high-class. Our room has a separate bedroom and living room, and the bathroom has both a bathtub and a standing shower. In particular, there is a very convenient wireless battery charger in the room. We spent 2 days and 1 night at the hotel. After checking in, we let our children swim at the hotel swimming pool. We were served very attentively by Mai. She advised suitable dishes for my family. The hotel's fried taro dish is delicious and crispy, the hotel's craft beer is very special. After dinner we walked around the hotel area. When I returned to the hotel, I was very kindly asked by Lily, the receptionist who worked in the evening shift. In general, your service is very good. The staff are always polite and friendly. A very enjoyable stay. On a motorbike trip of the north, I’d booked one night, but quickly decided to stay for a second. No problem arranging this with the evening staff at the reception desk, the next day key card and parking card were updated with no issues.

Room is of a good quality and is clean and sensibly designed. Bathtub is nice, however I’d wish to be able to take the soaps out of the shower to use in the bath tub - the orange scented shampoo is a nice touch.

A generous breakfast selection considering the small city location and the room was stocked with tea and coffee - one improvement would be to re-stock this for the 2nd night, however I realise room service may not have been away I was staying on at this point.

Reception staff were welcoming and took a genuine interest in sharing their knowledge of the city and checking in on my explorations. The two girls who worked the daytime shift were the highlight and even helped to suggest places to visit for sunset and dinner.

Pool facilities are good - indoor and a decent size, if unexpectedly busy! Nonetheless the pool attendant helped me to a towel and to find a vacant lounger.

There was a small issue where an order for ice was lost in translation, but the 2nd evening there was no problem.

All in all, I’d had my reservations about staying in a ‘vin-anything’ as I do prefer to be off the beaten track on my travels, however this hotel and particularly the caring and engaged staff made for a wonderful stay that I’d...

This is such a surprise in the middle of northen highland vietnam.

Been to many Vinpearl hotels ever since the first one in Nha Trang, I have to say this is the best Vinpearl.

Despite remote location, newly open, hence low compacity compared to other Vinpearl, this hotel still provides the best experience. All facilities are kept well maintained. Even Chirstmas decorations was fantastic in every corners with small details. They made all best efforts to keep it up with the ambient.

The most valuable experiences must be the hospitality provided by the staff. I can feel the enthusiasm from everyone, even the bellboy, frontdesk person, to F&B staff. They are not just professional, but more importantly, warm. This is the most important thing that make this hotel stand out from all Vinpearl.
