This hotel is value for money. Tucked in a quiet alleyway, and short distance to the main street with many restaurants. Our favourite restaurant is Chef Hien, and the roasted duck. Our given room was large with view to the large swimming pool, which we used daily to cool down after spending the morning touring nearby attractions. We rented our motorcycle here at a very affordable price for the duration of our lodging. They also rented out bicycles. You can request for late checkout, we requested for 5pm checkout and happily paid for haft-day with our bus leaving at night and we can use the pool to relax and grab a shower before leaving. Hieu is the owner and he is very kind and knowledgeable. He can help organise and book your transport to the next destination. He gave us a local printed map and outlined all the local attractions with its distant from the hotel, so we can plan our routes. We were both given a farewell pack with a bottle of water and a small snack for our bus trip. Thank you Hieu for all the help and local advices given to us. It’s the kindness of people like you that gives meaning to...
Read moreWhere to start - ||We arrived at the hotel from a (grim) overnight bus from Sapa at 5am, and upon ringing the hotel phone number they brought us inside and offered us the dorm to sleep even though we hadn’t technically booked for that day. We then overslept past the breakfast time and yet they insisted on cooking us a delicious breakfast of eggs and baguette. ||At around midday our room was ready so we moved in for our 3 night stay. The room was big, clean and almost brand new. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The location was perfect for exploring Tam Coc and the surrounding beauty.||||The family who run the hotel are genuinely some of the nicest, friendliest people we have met in 2 months travelling. We had a great time chatting with them and playing pool. ||The extra bonuses are the pool table, big swimming pool, laundry service and bikes available.||We had such a nice stay and felt sad to leave. Read moreI ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel!
I had such a great stay here. It is located only 5 minutes walk from the main street of Tam Coc. The overall hotel space and pool are really nice, and the rooms are great. Considering the low price and compared to other hotels I stayed at in Vietnam - this is definitely the best value for price I had. The bed is large and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and in good condition with air-conditioning and mini fridge. (The hotel just opened about 1.5 years ago, which explains the good condition).
And the thing that really elevates the stay experience is the owners. It is run by a family, and they are so nice, you can see they care about their visitros. The owner even offered AND helped me arrange transportation around the area, and dropped me off at the center of Tam Coc for my next destination bus.
Thank you for a lovely stay in Tam Coc, will absolutely book again next time I'm in...
