I stayed at Linh Dan Bungalow for one night and was very disappointed with their service. The room was nice but the management was very unprofessional and dishonest. They rented me a dirty, dusty and unstable motorbike. They also did not inform me that the rental price only applied until 12 noon. I received the bike at 9 pm and ran for almost 3 hours then the bike died continuously. I texted them but they did not reply. The next morning, they just hearted my message and did not apologize or compensate anything. When I returned the bike, they still charged me 150k for a day rental. They also said that the rental price was 200k a day and no one rented the bike by the hour. They even challenged me to ask on the travel community group. They also blamed the weak gasoline and said that if I refilled the gas, the bike would run well and they would charge 300k for the bike. This was very unreasonable because their bike was very old and dirty, I had refilled 50k of gas and there was still gas in the tank.
Also, when I checked in, they also made it difficult for me. I booked and paid through the Traveloka app but they said they did not receive the booking notification. I contacted Traveloka and they resent the booking request to them. I asked them to check again but they did not check and just told me to go to the room. They also said that if they did not receive the booking notification, they would charge me the room fee. The bottled water in the fridge was also very expensive, 10k a bottle. I also saw some bottles that had been drunk half or had signs of being opened.
In summary, I was very dissatisfied with Linh Dan Bungalow and did not recommend anyone to stay here. The next morning, I found a place to rent a AirBlack motorbike for 130k a day and ran all day only spent 50k of gas. Anyone who intends to stay here should be careful. I did not want to badmouth Linh Dan Bungalow but I felt obliged to share my true experience with you. I hope they will improve their service and respect their customers more. If you still want to stay here, I advise you to negotiate clearly about the price and conditions of renting a bike. You should also check the room and fridge carefully before checking in. Read moreWe (group of 6) booked on traveloka 1 Standard Bungalow (SB) - 1 double bed and 1 Deluxe Garden Bungalow (DGB) - 2 Double Beds and 2 Sofa Beds. We came Phu Quoc at 9am, pretty early, we so glad when we had room right then, until we see Standard Bungalow too small, instead gave us DGB, the host opened Standard Quadruple Bungalow (1 Double Beds and 2 Sofa Beds), said other customers decided to stay two more night, DGB out of stock, and just because only 4 of us, we fit 1 Double Beds and 2 Sofa Beds, what kind of logic was that? After a while of arguing, we just took SB and came back check-in DGB after 2pm. We opened DGB at 6pm and saw 1 bed plus 1 mattress, didn't want to say anything. When we checked bathroom lamp, it was broken, the host said we can opened bathroom door or used smartphone light, we - speechless round 2. We require a rechargeable light, fortunately, they bought it immediately. After 2 hours, we discovered the door of DGB couldn't lock. It was not a big deal, ok fine. The day after, SB's air-conditioner couldn't run, my friend had to switch another SB. We had great time at Phu Quoc, but not at Linh...
Read moreCe logement paraît comme ça super, il est reservable sur plusieurs sites d'hôtel mais ne le réserver surtout pas en ligne. Nous avions fait une réservation de deux bungalows pour profiter de l'île dans un endroit atypique. Nous avons eu la confirmation, été prélevé et le tout a été validé par le site (qui a bien transmis l'argent et la réservation à l'hôtel). Une fois sur place, l'hôte nous dit qu'il faut payer sur place pour avoir notre réservation, qu'il ne fonctionne pas sur internet et que tout est payable sur place si nous voulons la chambre. Il ne veut rien voir de ce qu'on lui présente (reçu de réservation et la présence de leurs logements sur le site). Quand on lui dit qu'on ne comprend pas comment cela se fait, il s'en fiche complètement et nous ignore puisque nous ne voulons pas repayer. Après avoir appelé notre site de réservation, on nous confirme que la réservation est bien faite et payée à l'hôtel et qu'ils ne comprennent pas. L'hôte arnaque juste les gens pour être payer deux fois... Je passe les details, entre son manque de convivialité à nous laisser patienter sous la pluie, à ignorer les appels du site de réservation etc. Bref très jolie en photo mais je...
