We arrived March 19, 2025 and stayed until March 28, 2025.
We didn’t know what to expect but when we arrived, we were blown away by how big it was. The HOTEL (not the resort) lobby was majestic and we felt weird as we were a family of 3 kiteboarders and entered this stunning place. We wanted a comfortable place to rest after a long day on the water and exploring.
Our room was huge (oceanview triple family room). The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. The room was very clean. The bathroom was large and the windows from the shower into the room was quite funny! The toilet paper roll is in a very awkward position.
We were told that there wouldn’t be a buffet breakfast because there were under 30 people staying at the hotel but there would be an A La Carte menu. It was ok but very repetitive when you stay there a long time. We did end up getting the buffet 3 days which was a nice time but the rest of the time, it was the regular menu which did get a bit boring.
The beach was close by…. As we walked to the beach, we were the ONLY people around. The hotel was deserted which made it surreal with such a large property. The pool is beautiful and extremely large when there’s only 3 people.
As time progressed, we used the pool but was asked politely to turn the music outside around the pool off as people were resting. It was around 2pm.
The staff are very polite and really try their best but it’s definitely a good idea to have an app translator so you can communicate anywhere in Phan Rang other than Vietnamese.
We rented scooters to get around which made it a lot of fun and we got to experience being a ‘local’ within the town/city.
It was pretty quiet at night. We ended up moving rooms right away from the north side to the south side as the wind was howling at night and was very loud. The design of the building is beautiful but doesn’t work well with the windy weather they get. The staff were very helpful.
One night, we did hear someone dragging chairs on the floor instead of picking them up. That was only one night in all the days we stayed… not forgetting the hotel was very empty the time we were there.
We did find the karaoke rooms which were so much fun! We don’t have anything like it in Canada so we had a ball. It would have been nice to have been told we would be charged to use the room but we had such a good time we didn’t mind.
All in all, a beautiful hotel with beautiful staff working there.
Keep in mind the time of year...
Read moreThere is a 2 stars and 3 stars hotel in the resort . The 3 stars looks good from outside .looks big and quite new . Inside is very big also but no charm at all .no decoration . Looks cheap for price paid But what matter is service and comfort ....here is the problem : messy , not organized , employees do not understand english and do not care very much . Cleaning is basic and poor amenities in room . Bedsheets cleaning questionnable .... Breakfast is so poor even for lical food ( restaurant looks like a cheap canteen !!) , pool not clean . Could be a nice hotel but seems no management there and employees do what they can without support ( as employees complained to us)
Noisy at night with the plaza neaby and the local parties and karaoke on the beach ( not...
Read moreThis hotel is decent overall, but the security needs significant improvement. During my stay, there was an incident where multiple guests from Korean and Chinese groups were intoxicated, banging on walls and doors of other rooms for multiple hours after midnight. I contacted the receptionist and security multiple times over the course of 40 minutes, but they were unable to address the situation or remove the disruptive guests despite multiple noise complaints. This created an unsafe environment. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and decided to move my reservation to a different hotel for the following week. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make...
