This is a brand new little hotel within walking distance to the beach. Easy check-in and well equipped room (i.e. TV, fridge, air con, hair dryer, free water, coffee and tea). The bed is a little bit hard, but it’s still comfortable. Surprisingly quiet surroundings given its location in a developing neighbourhood. However, there is no soundproofing. Noisy families with screaming kids will keep you awake late at night and early in the morning. I recommend the hotel administration to put families with children on different floor than solo travelers and couples to avoid negative experience...

My sister is terrified of roaches, and her room had 2 large roaches, and when they couldn't catch them, they decided to transfer my sister to another room but also charging her for the transfer which seem very unreasonable due to its the hotel fault. To top thay off 7:30 AM banging noise from construction woke my family up even tho we have 3 separate rooms all of us hear it loud and clear mostly my room, and when trying to contact the hotel staff 7 phone call later then finally picked up and gave me a simply response and hung up the phone on...

Nice clean room, friendly staff, good wifi. Hotel is meant for families, there are many loud children and the walls are thin. Also the area is a ghost town without any walkable restaurants. Gotta drive 10min into town for food. Overall it was ok...
