So the fried rice was good. However, everything else was overprice and not good. We didn't try the sea food so potentially that was a mistake but just by seeing the number of food options I had a bad feeling (you can't have that many options and have all of them fresh). The watermelon was cooked (why??), presentation was awful. Beef was overcook (they didn't ask us what we wanted). The best was the dessert: we were surprised by the interesting price of the pastries and ordered two. They were cheap because they were 1/4 of the normal size^^ and worse was, they were completely disgusting. We couldn't even finish it.... Sorry I forgot, the coconut water was...

Extremely disappointing service.

Yes. It was a peak hour. Yes I didn’t order mediocre pineapple fried rice.(which barely had pineapples in it when my mom ordered it) but nontheless this restaurant has some serious problems in its service and def needs improvement.

The outside tables are covered with sand and dust. You need to wash it off. The servers would not tell you. Sandy wind is natural but they need to notify.

Water did not come until after ten mins of waiting and we actually ordered our food first before getting any water. And had to ask more than twice to actually get water.

When I asked one of the servers to call the manager after waiting more than 40min. The server got us a menu. Which was already so annoying. And no manager did not show up of course. but a bunch of servers with nothing in charge of came and apologized. With google translator. And that was it. No further actions taken about my issue.

Their attitude was irresponsible. They did not seem to communicate so the whole time nothing went smoothly.

They need training. It is a way too big restaurant for them to take care of with this little of system

Overall the food is edible but nothing else was pleasing

직원 서비스 개판입니다. 사람 너무 많고 여행업체랑 묶여있는건 알지만 로컬들 없고 그냥 투어리스트 트랩입니다. 주문한지 40문 넘게 음식도 안나오고. 음식은 그냥 먹을만 한 정도. 물 한 컵 받는데 세번은 말해야하고. 매니져 불러달라니까 메뉴판 가져오더이다.. 문제 해결 할 능력도 안되는 직원들끼리 끝끝내 주인없이 컴플레인 해결하는데 시스템 자체가 한국인 봉으로 보는 곳. 야외 테이블은 해변 근처라 모래가 쌓여있고 식사 나올때 닦아주는 서버도 없어서 다 닦아드셔야 합니다. 까다로운 사람 절대 아닌데 해결 방식도 태도도 심각합니다. 자꾸 말해줘야 말이라도...

Unwelcoming place, servers are rude , I asked for soy sauce and chilies pepper, the little girl around 14,15 seemed not want to do it and told me I should tell her anything I need once.
