Stayed here just deluxe room years ago and now villa with private pool but not feel more premium.|We check in early and receptionist ask us to wait until 2pm. We ask if they can prepare our room as soon as possible cause we're tired after 4hours trip from Saigon. We hire a bike to downtown and have lunch. After 2hours, we are back and there's still no room for us. Waiting and see a company group just arrive and go straight to their room. I lose my patience, and ask again, she keeps asking us wait. Really frustrated, and we get our room nearly 2pm, after 3hours in a dayweek and not a high season, especially at this pandemic time. I think they don't know how to do, just by order and not flexible, and when the first impression is terrible you know the rest will be ducked up.|There are many moquitos in the room, especially the locker. Pool is not really clean, no mattress on chair. Two pillows on the bed. Have to ask for more. And when we're out for dinner, I see an apology letter on the floor, really respectful, for noise cause they host a gala dinner from 6:30 to 9:30pm and we are not allowed to swim at that time. And you can't imagine what we have suffered by noise, only stay in door but still hear they sing. I think an apology at that time is useless. When you host a party, you have to confirm to other guests, so they would choose another resort to relax, not to join with bunch of uneducated people. Don't know how to do hospitality again.|Breakfast is poor, around 10am, a poolman just appeared at our private pool to clean. And housekeepers clean the next room which connected to ours, so we're bothered again. Don't feel any privacy here. I forgot charger and have to go to get by myself.|I just feel wasting time and money to book a villa at this "resort". The price isn't cheap but service is very cheap and poor, lack of management, and don't know how to make customer service. I won't be back again and probably not recommend for...

Pity the shower curtains don't do their job. The beach is clean and quiet. It is protected by a small pier. ||Communication with service staff was a challenge. But one can manage with the app. It is somewhat isolated, and you eat at the restaurant or go into Mui Né. The latter offers much more options. ||The Spa. ||We booked two 30 minutes pedicures and two 90 minutes massages. We had agreed for one at 15:30 and the second at 16:00 with both massages to start at 16:30. ||The pedicures were an eye opener - we have NEVER had anyone use an actual blade for the "shaving". Fortunately all new blades||My massage was very good but my wife's experience was terrible. While we were being massaged, another therapist had finished and both she and the client walked past us in the open room. The therapist then disturbed the masage to get change for the client. The walking through happened again when a new client came in. The clients were both male and female. The therapist made a weak attempt at closing the curtain. Trying to ask for a more private arrangement did not work due to the language barrier. ||It was further messed up with constant chatting and disturbances. My wife's therapists was also the manager so she ended up answering questions from other clients and fellow therapists in the middle of the masage. ||The music and ambiance got disturbed by numerous calls to the phone that was connected to the Bluetooth system playing the music. ||The key issue is that there is no receptionist / manager dedicated to the role. A lot of the questions and responses were lost in translation - even with Google translate. Ideally the staff need to have some level of bi /...
