Nhà hàng Mũi Né Xưa — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

Mình tìm được nhà hàng trên Google và xem thấy đánh giá cũng khá ổn. Đến nơi mình thấy hơi đông dù khoảng 1:00 trưa, khá nhiều xe buýt của khách đoàn nhưng vẫn được hướng dẫn rất nhanh để nhà mình có chỗ đậu xe.

Món đặc biệt của nhà hàng là lẩu thả và thật sự không làm mình thất vọng và mình đã ăn đến tận 2 lần trong chuyến đi của nhà mình chỉ 3 ngày 2 đêm tại Bình Thuận. Món lẩu được bày biện rất đẹp mắt với các món thả lẩu được đặt trong lá hoa chuối, màu của món ăn hoà quyện với màu đỏ của hoa chuối rất hài hoà. Các topping thả lẩu rất đa dạng có 1 dĩa cá mai trộn gỏi, rau chuối, dưa leo, trứng rán cắt sợi, tôm, cá, giá, chả lụa, xoài băm. Nước lẩu được để trong nồi đất đặt trên một bếp thang, vị của nước lẩu cũng làm mình rất ấn tượng, vừa thanh không quá mặn thơm nhẹ một chút mùi của cà chua và một chút hơi béo ngậy của thịt băm. Lẩu thả có hai cách ăn là khô và nước, các bạn nhân viên tại nhà hàng sẽ hướng dẫn cách ăn khá chi tiết. Với mình ăn nước hay khô thì cũng đều rất ngon. Một phần lẩu cũng khá nhiều, 2 người lớn ăn cũng rất no phải hơi ráng một chút. Bên cạnh món lẩu này nhà hàng cũng có nhiều món khác, nhưng do đi ít người nên mình chưa thử được. Nước uống thì mọi người có thể gọi trong Menu nhà hàng hoặc Menu của tiệm trà sữa bên ngoài có món nước dừa với các loại thạch siêu đỉnh. Nước của tiệm bên ngoài cũng sẽ được nhân viên nhà hàng kêu hộ luôn, nên cũng rất tiện.

Không gian của nhà hàng cũng trang trí khá đơn giản, lấy cảm hứng từ nhà cổ ngày xưa bàn ghế bằng gỗ, bàn dạng tròn. Dù có phục vụ khách đoàn rất đông nhưng nhà hàng cũng có dành ra 1 khu riêng cho khách lẻ có máy lạnh thoáng mát và sạch sẽ.

Nhân viên ở nhà hàng cũng rất thân thiện, phục vụ cũng rất nhanh khi có thêm yêu cầu từ khách.

Nếu có dịp ghé lại Phan Thiết thì đây là điểm không thể thiếu trong chuyến đi của nhà mình.

I found the restaurant on Google and saw that the reviews were quite good. When I arrived, I found it a bit crowded even though it was around 1:00 pm, there were quite a few buses of group guests, but I was still guided very quickly so that my family could have a parking space.

The restaurant's special dish is floating hot pot and it worth all my time to come here and I had this floating hot pot it twice at the restaurant during my family's trip of only 3 days and 2 nights in Binh Thuan. The floating hot pot is beautifully presented in banana flower leaves, the color of the topping blends very harmoniously with the red color of the banana flower. The toppings for the hot pot are very diverse, including a plate of apricot fish mixed with salad, banana vegetables, cucumber, fried cutting eggs, shrimp, fish, bean sprouts, pork meat, minced mango. The hot pot soup is kept in a clay pot placed on a coal stove. The soup of the hot pot is impressed, not too salty, with a slight aroma of tomatoes and a little greasiness of minced meat. There are two ways to eat hotpot: dry and soup. The staff at the restaurant will give you detailed instructions on how to eat it. For me, eating soup or dry is also delicious. A portion of hot pot is quite large for about 2 or 3 people. Besides this hot pot dish, the restaurant also has many other dishes, but because there were few people, I couldn't try other dishes yet. Drinks can be ordered from the restaurant menu or the menu of the outside milk tea shop, which has amazing coconut water and jellies. Drinks from outside stores will also be ordered by restaurant staff, so it's very convenient.

The restaurant decoration is quite simple, inspired by ancient houses with wooden round tables and chairs. Although it serves a large group of guests, the restaurant also has a separate area for small group customers equipped with air-conditioner, which is cool and clean.

The staffs at the restaurant are friendly, service is fast when there are additional requests from customers.

If I have the opportunity to visit Phan Thiet, this is a must...

More decent and tasty food than quan nhau in Phan Thiet, but limited seafood menu

I love the french, bistro, old-Vietnam concept in their menu, but besides the name, everything was mid for me. A seafood item was not available during our visit, but their seafood menu was already limited, and each type of seafood can only be processed one way. So this place lacks the flexibility of seafood quán nhậu.

All the food we got was decent, tasty, and well-presented, for the price which falls into middle tier, upper middle in Phan Thiet, I was definitely looking for better diversity...

Very good restaurant for local dishes. They are famous in the area for the “Lau Tha-dipping hotpot”. During day time, there is a show on the history of the fish-sauce in the theatre within the vicinity. They also sell their in-house fish- and soy-sauces.

Recommeded dishes: Lau Tha, shrimp paste, clams, grilled lizards, minced stingray. You can order boba teas from the menu too.

Friendly staffs. Food is served quickly. They have large air conditioned dining areas, but cna get filled wuickly at dinner or during weekends. Plenty of free...
