My friend and I stayed at Le Palmier Ho Tram for a two-day getaway on June 30th and July 1st. This resort isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience that exceeded all our expectations. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

The Heart of the Resort: The Staff ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest smiles. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They are the true gems of this resort. Their constant positivity and supportive attitude made us feel so welcome and cared for. Please keep this precious treasure, teams.

The Room: Our Private Oasis 🏡 Opening the door to our room was a breath of fresh air. The space was spotlessly clean, with a fresh, pleasant scent that immediately made us feel relaxed. It was the perfect combination of spacious and cozy, giving us plenty of room to unwind without feeling cold or empty. It was clear that the housekeeping team pays close attention to every little detail.

Food & Drinks: A Culinary Delight 🍜🥤 The F&B here is simply excellent. We had Phở for the buffet breakfast that was rich, authentic, and one of the best I've ever tasted. The soups were flavorful and comforting, and the fresh juices were the perfect refreshment by the pool. Every meal felt like a treat. The lunch team is good as well. You conveyed exactly what I ordered to the kitchen. Thank you.

The Landscape: A Green Dream 🌴 Walking through the resort feels like strolling through a meticulously cared-for botanical garden. The landscape is lush, green, and thoughtfully designed with beautiful trees and charming miniature landscapes at every turn. It’s incredibly peaceful and picture-perfect that we took so many photos!

Final Verdict: Worth Every Penny & More! In a world where you sometimes wonder if you're getting what you paid for, Le Palmier Ho Tram delivers 100 times over. The value for the quality of service, accommodation, and overall experience is outstanding. We left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

I had a 2 night stay at this beautiful resort. Everything was perfect. I booked a luxury ocean view and the room was super spacious and worth the money. The facilities are clean, modern and new. Bathroom was very huge and good ventilated. Room was bright and i got a breathtaking view of both the ocean and the pool. Restaurant is spacious with vibrant atmosphere. But food is what i love the most here. All dishes were super tasty with large portion, from Asian cuisine to international cuisine. I dont want to drive out for meals because i already got everything i wanna eat in this resort. You can reserve the seafood you wanna eat before 7pm and the restaurant will cook it the way you want. Everything was fresh and super delicious. Loveeeee the coconut and dragonfruit here. Coconut is a MUST TRY. It was so good and fresh. I had like 5 coconuts during my 2night stay here. You can never go wrong with the coconut. And the breakfast was so great either it is ala carte or buffet. And again, everythinf was so tasty that i wish my stomach is super big in order to consume all the food at this resort!!! All staff are super friendly, attentive, accommodative, helpful and kind. The lifeguard at the pool is also super attentive to the guests. He taught us how to kayak!!! My deepest gratefulness to all of the staff at this resort! It was a memorable experience! The pool is pretty large and they even have a jacuzzi! The landscape is phenomenal. Every corner is green which brings you closer to nature. They even have a lot of koi fish next to the pool. A walk to the beach takes around 5 mins and yes it was a private beach and there is a dedicated lifeguard of the resort as well so you feel super safe there. Our large family of 36 members—27 adults and 9 kids—recently stayed at Le Palmier Resort for a family vacation. Overall, we had a mixed experience. One of the highlights was the amazing buffet BBQ at the beachfront villa. The setup was beautifully decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere right by the ocean. The food was incredibly well-prepared, especially the seafood, which was fresh and absolutely delicious. It was a memorable dining experience that everyone in our group enjoyed, and the staff did a fantastic job of making sure everything went smoothly.

In addition to the BBQ, the resort's reasonable pricing is definitely a plus, especially for a group as large as ours. The dining options throughout our stay were consistently excellent, with a good variety for both adults and kids, and the staff in the restaurant areas were always friendly and attentive.

However, we did run into some major issues during our stay, particularly with the room conditions in the villas. The air conditioners were not functioning properly, and with the tropical climate, the rooms became uncomfortably warm both day and night. Given the size of our group, this affected a lot of us, making it hard to sleep or relax in the rooms.

When we raised this issue with the management, we were disappointed by how poorly it was handled. We brought it up multiple times, but the response was slow and inadequate. Although maintenance staff were sent, they were unable to fix the problem, and we were not offered any alternative options which was frustrating for such a large group.

The lack of urgency in addressing this concern really let us down. For a 4-star resort, we expected better service management and more attention to guest comfort. While we appreciated the great food, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, the uncomfortable rooms and poor handling of our requests significantly affected our...
