Well me and some of my Vietnamese friends decided to go to Ho Tram just to escape the heavy atmosphere of Covid-19 in the city after the lock down was lifted. It was supposed to be a day tour and end shortly. ||||Thanks to a boat that was literally put on the side of the road that we noticed Sanctuary, and that boat lead to a complete surprise for that day, we went in for the restaurant, "Sea breeze" it was called (I like the fact that they notification board to show us with every bit of government notification of the pandemic, not many place has done that). Very unique atmostphere, the roof was all covered leaves to create a natural touch, renovation for the tables and chairs are needed though, they are a bit worn. The restaurant located right next to the river, needless to say it was amazing, you can see people doing Kayak, workers clearing up the bank, time was like completely stopped for a moment.||||My friends order a few Vietnamese dish, I was stunned with the Canh Chua w/ Cobia and the seafood fried rice which, absolutely phenomenal (I have lived in Vietnam for 4 years and other places usually over cooked the rice and make them dry), the rest of the food was very tasty as well. The waiter name Hung (If i remember correctly) was very attentive. I thought it was very funny and appreciated by the chef always poking out of the door to ask and see if we like the food or not, thanks chef, keep it up! There was a young chubby dude in blue shirt and glasses which I think doing customer service- I forgot his name- always remind the staffs to pay attention to every table and during guest check-in, shout out to him as well.||||The the green surrounding atmosphere always a plus to go with your lunch experience even though it was completely burning outside. WARNING!!!! Beach front unit 5 River side unit 54 and 57 Booked 3 villa for my wedding Stay away from these units if Mrs Hau is the house keeper manager. They are professional scammers. They will try to charge you anything and everything. The first night Ms Hau offered to cook for us for $200 USD for about 15 people, we took the offer then that night she started ordering us around like we worked for her and told us if we lose any cups and plates, it would a charge of $50 USD per item. Paid $1200 USD for beach front per night, and $500 USD for river per night. All 3 units paid in full and they tried to charge us $300 USD for clean up!! Ms Hau try to get the payment from us before the wedding started and also threatened to bring gangster to shut down the wedding!!! ON THE WEDDING DAY....while the wedding was in progress Ms Hau also showed up at the wedding uninvited. She stood around with a very grumpy face making my wedding guest very uneasy. The whole stay at this villa I had to have all my friends and family to keep an eye out for this lady. At the end of all the she say he say from Ms Hau, I was charged $80 USD for a missing reggy beach towel. My recommendation if you are to visit this resort stay away from renting from owners, maybe rent straight from the resort. While I was there 5 of the 60 villa were occupied and 3 villas...

It should be a good place indeed! I enjoyed the view from living room - with pool & beach; the beach & pool itself is good!|I experience different both good service and bad service from different staff; and this should be the worst service I experienced in such luxury hotels/resort.||I could not imagine such bad service from such “luxury” resort!!!!||- My group booked beach view villa for the first day and river view villa for the 2nd day. Upon check out the beach villa, the staff requested us to check out and wait in lobby to check in for the river view villa!!! Can’t they make villa ready and move directly? Imagine the wait with all the kids and luggage around!!!|- One waiter in breakfast even did not know if breakfast included, he told me the price to pay when we asked for menu for breakfast! Looked like he is on the first day at work without any basic knowledge! |- Just a simple invoice upon check out, the staff rejected to issue invoice immediately, she said she would only give on the next day, and it took almost 20mins for this discussion!!!!
