The place is just great, exceeding our expectations for hotels in small towns. The place is immaculately clean and well lit! Room is neat and well equipped with anything you would need. Above all, service is awesome. Don’t get me wrong, service is not fast but people go extra mile to make your stay pleasant. One night i was asking the team if they have an hdmi cable as i brought laptop and thought that can be connected to the large screen in the room. Response was cable not available in hotel. Yet the next day the team asked me if I still want it as they just bought a brand new one 😑🥹 Obviously beyond expectations! Definitely will choose to return if I ever visit Pleiku again. Such a pleasant experience here. I booked on a wrong date with Agoda. It was non refundable. They humbly changed the date to a day an earlier even if I had paid less than what it would have cost me for the date I wanted. They didn’t tell me this but I figured it out by checking online booking site.

A few of them spoke English well so my communication was never an issue. The place is two blocks away from a large park with lots of coffee places around.

All in all, great hospitality and a great place to stay.

They don’t have a proper breakfast though. Unless you absolutely require a restaurant, this is a perfect peaceful place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean and in great condition, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming vibe. It was also nice and quiet—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep.

The location is super convenient—really close to the CBD, night markets, and some popular local restaurants. There are also tons of spots nearby like coffee shops, karaoke bars, and more places to eat, so you’re never short of options.

One of my favorite parts was being near the biggest park in the area. It’s a great place to walk around, relax, and enjoy the fresh air. There’s even a lake there, which makes it extra peaceful and scenic.
