If I could give 10 stars, I would. Quaint, nicely decorated little restaurant with a home style feel. I ordered 3 things: pepperoni pizza, a beef cream pasta and a dinner salad with mulberry dressing. I also ordered a blueberry ice blend. And let me tell you, I've been in Vietnam now for 5 years, traveled all over the country, been to dozens of Italian restaurants, and this one is the best by far. It makes the ones in Ho Chi Minh City, where I currently live, look stupid in comparison. The pasta was literally heaven in my mouth and the best I've ever had, anywhere. The beef was tenderloin and I almost fainted from shock. It was tender and juicy. 2nd best pizza I've had in Vietnam but the best crust, and the pepperoni was real, and sliced thick. Both were perfectly cooked as well. Great salad and the mulberry dressing was pure genius. The blueberry icee thing was made with real blueberries and I wanted more. The owner wasn't there, so I actually drove back there later in the evening to meet him and shake his hand. He GETS IT, KNOWS IT and DOES IT. He doesn't skimp on ingredients and uses quality ones at that. You can tell he pours his heart into every dish. My wife and I are trying to move here and if we do, you can bet I'll be at this restaurant at least once a week, every week, for the rest of my life. It's that good, and for Vietnam......it's a welcome, and refreshing feeling to actually witness (and taste!) someone's cooking and restaurant here that is done right. Well done to Mr. Quy, the owner and chef. I hope he is very successful here.......EDIT:. Been here several times already and today I tried the steak. A perfectly cooked flat iron steak. It was so good, I ordered a...
Read moreMy family and I came to Pleiku for just the night. I hoped to find a good western place, however, not only was it good but astoundingly delectable! (I’m using all the big words cause it’s so stupendous). My family and I ordered spaghetti, burgers, steak, seafood pasta, and other dishes. Let me tell you the burger was the biggest and best burger I’ve ever seen in the nine months I’ve been in Vietnam. The spaghetti, didn’t taste like spaghetti though, there was no meatballs, but tasted rather like a meat pasta. But I’m not complaining it was delicious nonetheless. The fries needed a little salt but the STEAK O MY THE STEAK! It was an explosion of all that is tasty and beautiful. Truly a work of art, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The price was pretty cheap considering the amount my family and I bought, probably around 7 dishes in total costing about 1 million and a half. The service was fitting for the serving of heavenly meals. I think the waiter was smiling because he knew just how delightful their food was. 10/10 would recommend and come back to. If only my house wasn’t 9 hours away I think I’d come everyday till I...
Read moreI was really surprised by the quality of the food here. Personally, I think the ingredients and the way it's cooked are really good, much better than many restaurants in Saigon with higher prices that I’ve tried.
My friend and I ordered seafood pasta with cream sauce and black pepper steak, and the restaurant also gave us a bacon-wrapped shrimp dish. The pasta was especially good, with the creamy sauce blending perfectly with the pasta. The chef told us that the sauce is made with shrimp broth for a natural sweetness, and the seafood was fresh and sweet. There was only one type of red wine, but it had a unique taste that went well with the food.
I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for Intalian food,...
