LeBon Restaurant was Terrible in service! I just went and dine at their restaurant - LeBon Restaurant with my friends and unluckily disappointed with how SLOW their service is. 👎I booked online and the staff told me that they're busy to do my request only to find out that there were only 2 tables occupied. Yes, not crowded at all and just very few customers. 👎For my starter, I ordered pumpkin soup and waited for more than 30 minutes. Asked the waiter for follow-up and then told me that there's only 1 soup available. Didn't tell me right after checking on the kitchen. 👎Food I've ordered were served too late, and not in order as they should be...Totally messed-up the starter - main course - dessert. 👎They served me steamed rice half-way cooked. Yes, still raw. 👎👎 We weren't finished dining yet and they just suddenly turned off the AC and lights! Rude!!!
Ruined my night and celebration! DEFINITELY WON'T RECOMMEND!!!!
Food: 4/5 (Good but prepare yourself to wait and starve.)
Service: 1/5 (the waitress wrote down all my orders yet I have to follow up many times, both the waiter and waitress, as if it's their first time. Good thing that my friends are there and stopped me from making scene while waiting impatiently.)
Atmosphere: 3/5 Cozy but I felt hot a bit... Worst, they turned off the AC and lights while I was still waiting for my dessert...
Read moreWe stayed in the President Suite at L’amor Boutique Hotel Quy Nhơn and were impressed from the start. Everything was spotlessly clean, spacious, and luxurious. The staff were very welcoming, and the location was excellent, close to the beach and many restaurants.
Breakfast offered plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant food was very good, but ordering was frustrating. We would ask for one dish, and they would bring something completely different. This happened several times, which made us feel uncomfortable. After quite a few misunderstandings, we ended up having lunch and dinner outside the hotel.
The rooftop swimming pool, with its fantastic views, was a highlight, as were the views from our suite and all the amenities provided. We even had a guitar to play! Unfortunately, we had a problem with the shower drain, which didn’t work, leaving us with a mini swimming pool in the room daily. Despite reporting it several times, it was never fixed, which was a real pity.
We wouldn’t recommend the spa either, as the staff there didn’t seem experienced or particularly welcoming. However, despite these issues, this remains one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam, thanks to its superb suite, wonderful location, and the memorable experience overall. The permanent smiles of the staff really made the difference, and we would...
Read moreWe stayed here for 3 nights as part of our trip along the coast of Vietnam. Quy Nhon was an easy place to break our journey. The city itself doesn’t have a great deal to offer, but the L’Amor Hotel was an excellent find, built in the style of a Paris hotel in the first half of the 20th century, very elegant and with great attention to detail.||There is an infinity pool on the rooftop which was great on our first day, but not useable on our second due to work being carried out which was a shame.||The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast offered a good choice. On our first morning however, after we had sat down a photo shoot arrived and we were in the way. We moved to the other side of the table, but minutes later they moved and we had to move tables completely, this could have been handled better by the staff by closing off an area of the restaurant in the first place.||We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was OK, but we were the only diners and we felt as though they were waiting to close.||The reception staff, however were extremely helpful in booking our onward travel to Da Nang, we couldn’t find suitable transport online, but they managed to book a sleeper bus and arranged for us to be collected from the hotel.||I don’t think we would ever return to Quy Nhon, but we would definitely recommend the L’Amor as a...
