Our family stayed here for one week. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially the front desk. The buffet breakfast was decent. ||There were several things we were not happy about and hope that the hotel will work to improve it. One problem is that the hallways on each floor is an open-air concept, so noise from the busy street gets echoed throughout the hotel. We were there during the end of the wet season so it rained quite a bit, allowing mosquitoes to come in. The hotel is on the corner of a busy street and near some karaoke bars so there was loud music playing every night until midnight. The open-air concept definitely doesn’t help block out the noise.||The second problem is the smoking. For some reason the hotel allows guests to smoke inside. There are ashtrays in every room. On many nights the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms travelled to our rooms through the air vents. It was very unpleasant. ||Housekeeping was also interesting. One morning they knocked on the door at 7am to clean our room but we were still asleep. The service should be improved. One of our rooms had ants so rooms had to be changed. This service needs improvement as rooms aren’t really cleaned every day. ||Overall because this is a fairly new hotel it definitely still needs some work. Hope this review helps management improve...
Read moreThis is a very good hotel and handy to a lot of places. We are from NZ and stayed here for 2 weeks. We found the breakfast to be pretty average and disappointed that there was no bar or restaurant. However there are a few really good options within a short walk and many options within a VND30-40 Grab ride. Not a lot of English spoken in Quy Nhon so Google Lens a huge help. For us Trang was a star. Her English is very good and her efforts made our stay memorable. She helped us find a number of good bars znd restaurants and organised a very good driver/guide to give us a good look at the many wonderful sites in this provence. Trang, thank you for everything you did for us.We went to wanting to get away from Quy Nhon to being sorry to leave.Thank...
Read moreWe stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or "sunbeds") to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay...
