wow. not really sure where to start with this one. was so disappointed. I’ll start with the good; the view and breeze is amazing. now here’s the not great part. the food took 2 HOURS TO COME OUT. which is just so absurd to me and then IT WAS ICE COLD, like they forgot about it completely. I was ready to shrug it off though since I was excited for the food…. But it was mid af. probably my least fav meal I’ve had in Vietnam. the staff was friendly but very forgetful as we had to remind them multiple times about drinks and food. I was just so excited for some good seafood but was so disappointed. I can get better seafood in Ohio which is a statement that should not be made lol. I ordered the baked prawns and they didn’t taste like anything and felt like I was eating sandpaper and like previously stated, were cold. I asked for melted butter to help with the taste and somehow the butter also didn’t taste like butter so I was lowkey just confused by that point. My other friend got noodles and they said the meal tasted like nothing, no seasoning or spice or anything. I did hear the oysters were good though but I did not try as I am not a huge fan. Personally I would not recommend this place but you only live once so maybe things will get better there with time. reat view. Food arrived so ever promptly, which was nice, but I honestly don’t understand why the drinks took so long. We only ordered a juice and a tea, and somehow those arrived before the bottle of vodka and the can of 7Up, and they didn’t even need to mix anything. The 7Up came first and the vodka much later. The food itself is quite average, though everyone has different tastes so that’s subjective. The manager is such a nice lad. Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The manager definitely deserves a solid 5. My other half isn’t Vietnamese and the manager asked him for feedback first, then even waited for me to come out of the toilet just so he could ask for mine. The other staff were alright, not rude but not particularly friendly either. Because the manager was so lovely, I’m still giving it 4 stars overall. Really the manager saved...

I've ordered 2 salted coffee and 1 bottle of Aquafina (drinking water), little did I know that it would take us forever just to get our order especially the bottled water despite asking the waiters, actually 3 of them. They have served the other two new tables behind us instantly while I was still waiting for my salted coffee and water for more than 45 minutes which I did not fail to follow-up many times!!! Then, few minutes after serving my coffee, they asked us to pay the bill though we didn't ask for it yet, and I haven't even finished drinking my salted coffee which I didn't like it too because it wasn't good like any other salted coffee that I've used to drink - too much ice and can't taste the salt at all. Taste like coffee, water and ice, too much ice. Surprisingly, they even put 15% service fee on the bill....
