Terrible hotel. It's only a hostel, not a hotel with a rude owner. I book 3 families room from Agoda but when I came, they said they don't have enough room and asked me to wait until 6 PM. Please advoid this hotel, because there is a lot of hotel near by better.

Phòng ko đẹp lung linh như trên hình, đèn sáng yếu cảm giác tối tối Bù lại bên ks cũng có trang bị nhiều vật dụng cần thiết như máy sấy, ổ điện, tủ lạnh, bình đun nước… tiện dụng lắm nè Máy nước nóng ko có chỗ tắt, trời nóng muốn tắm nước lạnh nhưng ko tắt đc, mức min cũng còn hơi ấm ấm Máy lạnh mình bật 2 tiếng nhưng chỉ se se mát ko đủ lạnh dù luôn để mức 16 độ, phải nằm ở giường ngay hướng gió mới mát đc. Mà anh chủ hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ đổi phòng với cho thêm voucher giảm giá nên cũng ok. Sẽ quay lại nếu có cơ hội ghé thăm Rạch Giá sau này

Mình và gia đình có dịp đi Rạch Giá và lưu trú tại nhà nghỉ. Về nhân viên thì luôn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Phòng thì sạch sẽ. Dù mình ko book trước nhưng nhà nghỉ vẫn ưu tiên cho gia đình mình phòng thoáng mát gọn gàng. Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và nếu có dịp mình sẽ ghé qua

The room was really good and i manage to sleep very well. Nevertheless they never clean my room in 5 nights i stayed there. Also last day i asked for a taxi which took around 15 minutes to arrive and i missed my bus connection to HCMC. Also the taxi driver tried to scam me taking me to another side of the city different from the main bus station which is near to the hotel. Hopefully i had google maps and could check what he was doing while he acted like stupid don’t knowing where is the main bus...
