On our way back from Ha Giang to Hanoi, we decided to stay at the Lavender. It's on a quieter street with limited parking. We were on motorbikes, so there was no issue there, but if coming by car it may be hard to park.
We stayed in a deluxe room, which was quite spacious. The shower, however, had very little water coming out. After talking to the front desk, it was later fixed. There is no free water in the room. The tiny bottle costs 10,000VND. Way overpriced, and usually, most hotels include at least complimentary bottled water. Oh, and to top it off, there were cochroaches in the room!

Would not stay here again. I'd suggest a homestay...

Unfortunately cant attach the video that shows how rock solid the mattresses are.
Reported the issues to Agoda as this hotel is...
