I recently placed an order from the US with The Flowers Company for a large floral arrangement, chocolates, and a bottle of wine on behalf of my work colleagues and I to celebrate our wonderful leader who lives in Buenos Aires, and I was very nervous as I had never placed an online order to be delivered in another country before, and I did not know what to expect. It is no surprise to me that this store has nearly 300 five star reviews! Not only was ordering from their website extremely easy, but Adriana even called me personally to confirm the delivery details and the message that I wanted to include. I am so pleased with how easy Adriana and her team made this experience for me, and needless to say, my work leader was very surprised with her delivery today and she absolutely loved everything! The flower arrangement is absolutely beautiful and the chocolates and wine were the perfect touch to let our leader know how much she means to all of us ❤️

I live in the United States and I ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses and several other items to Buenos Aires, Argentina. I had never sent anything there before, and I am not familiar with the addresses, so I was a little worried that I had possibly provided the address incorrectly. Almost immediately, Vivian, who along with her sister, is the owner, contacted me. She assisted me with providing the correct address and with other details regarding the order. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Spanish but she spoke excellent English. She was extremely kind, personable and helpful and made the process so easy. Vivian assisted me up until the moment the gifts were delivered the next morning. The gifts were beautiful and everyone loved them! I cannot thank Vivian and her sister enough for her excellent service. I will definitely be ordering from them again and I highly recommend...

I live in Canada and wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend who lives in Buenos Aires but didn't know where to go or who to trust. A quick Google search brought me to The Flower Company. When dealing with a company for the first time, all you have to go on are the reviews. The Flower Company has stellar reviews and now I know why. Customer service was 10/10. As soon as I placed my order online, Vivian messaged me to double check eveeything. Within a few hours I received 3 photos of the completed bouquet (so beautful!) and confirmation it was en-route. It arrived as promised and made my girlfriend's birthday that much better. A big thank you to the lovely staff! 150% recommend. ...
