The place is nice, my kids love it. Usually always had very nice experience with the staff as well, until today. Was very disappointed with a girl named Alyona. Obviously there are irresponsible parents, who leave their kids without any supervision, but I assume therefore there is the responsible staff. I just saw how a little savage boy was very harsh on my 2,5 yo, daughter, he was pulling her arms like a mental. Alyona (the girl who is responsible for the are) was not attentive at all, because she was on the call (as she told me in a very rude manner). My question is, why there was no additional staff there to prevent this type of incidents. Please take it into consideration. After all it’s not a call center but a play area for little kids. It’s an amazing place for kids to have fun but it’s absolutely disappointing the management doesn’t care to have the air conditioning on. Impossible to breathe, kids are super sweaty bc of no a/c which makes it easier to apread viruses and bacteria. I told the management and as expected they responded with a templated answer- “something broke down and they’re working on fixing it”.
