Karas - Hayreniq — Restaurant in Yerevan

I really wanted something light but good - Summer salad was a huge portion, not an unreasonable price, and had the borscht, and was quite looking forward to it. I made the mistake of ordering it in a bread bowl - the bread itself was light and tasty, but it was like a sponge, all the soup liquid disappeared into it, leaving a warm, beetroot salad with some beef, not exactly as appetizing as I'd hoped for. Nobody spoke English well, and even though the waitress phoned a friend to translate, I couldn't get the chef to let me have a small cup full of broth, despite offering to pay a bit extra for it, so it was highly disappointing. Czech cuisine does the same thing perfectly, with a denser loaf, so I suggest avoiding this particular dish, it's hard to vouch for anything else. To make a poor experience worse, we spent about 15 minutes trying to get the restaurant's bank to stop declining my cards without success (both of them worked fine before and after that. By the way, 10% service fee is added at the end, I didn't notice if that fact was on the menu or not... Your experience...

Деньги сняли через карту сразу, а заказ говорят опоздали и мы решили аннулировать. Не хотят дать ни заказ, ни вернуть деньги на карту обратно. Полный грабёж! ОБМАН! Никому не советую заказывать что-нибуть в этом ресторане. При наличными курьер вообще даёт мало сдачи и быстро уходит. Упаковки подняли на 4%, а мозги...
