I would give 0 stars if i could. I was here with a friend and we were both looking to get and to try on some new jeans. My friend and I both got some jeans and were waiting to try them on at the changing rooms. There was a free changing room and we waited about 5 minutes with numerous staff walking past us so eventually my friend took the change room. About 1 minute after my friend walked into the change room a staff member walked up and instead of waiting until she came out to tell her she banged aggressively on the door demanding my friend came out because she hadn't been told she could go in. Tried to buy some a couple of pairs of denim shorts on Thursday night. 2 staff working with just not too many customers in store. I found the shorts I needed and staff did assist in getting me into a dressing room to check the fit. Once I made my selection I stood at the serving desk for 5-10 minutes waiting to pay. For whatever reason the 2 staff felt the need to both assist the same customer in-store looking for some jeans. Worst customer experience I’ve had in this whole year They had promotions all over and my wife trailed a denim that was $49 after discount and then when billing it they were charging $89 since they couldn’t find the tag for it Later to see it was stuck to my wife’s dress when trailing it When to the team member who was in the counter and was blaming the staff for wrong doing it and was apologising Hence that was not the way to treat a staff or a customer Deeply disgusted for this experience of a beautiful named company and expecting a...
