Around 1:55 PM, I drove here with my mother in law and a child to buy eggs. When I walked in, we went to the counter on the right and saw a sign that said each person could only buy one tray of eggs. Since my mother-in-law also wants to buy eggs, I asked the staff if we could buy another tray if the other person get off the car and came inside. The lady pointed the policy and repeated about only one tray per person and said if she wanted to buy eggs, she would need to get out of the car. I’m just asking if it’s possible for us to buy another tray, so why did she need to lecture me? I saw the sign and was just clarifying the rule.
I bought one tray and left, then came back with my mother-in-law to buy another eggs for her. We stood in line, and when it was our turn, the lady told me she could only serve my mother-in-law because I had already bought eggs. I said I would pay for her, and she pointed to the policy again. I said I understood, but now I’m paying for my mother-in-law. When I was paying, my mother-in-law tried to go back to the car, but the lady kept stopping her, saying she had to serve my mother-in-law. I want to know—what’s the issue with two people buying two trays of eggs? Why can’t I pay for someone else? Why was she so focused on teaching me that everyone can only buy one tray of eggs? My mother-in-law doesn’t speak English—what’s wrong with me helping her pay? I’ve been buying eggs from your store for 6 years, and the other staffs are great, but her behavior made me feel really...
Read moreFinally after driving past for many years came in at 9ish before work. There where two ladies in the shop serving, only one customer as i walked in. Not only did I not get acknowledged or even get eye contact from either of the staff but after about 3-5 minutes one lady just walked off. Then a new customer walked in and pushed in front of me and to my amazement the staff member served her first. This is a tiny shop and even the first lady saw that I was there first and as I just walked out she asked me shocked why I hadn't spoken up about being ignored. Well simply because I have never been treated this rude in my life and I was...
