Having had fish & chips in so many places around Perth, this is absolutely the BEST fish & chips we’ve ever had. Batter is always perfectly done, not too thick yet very crispy and well seasoned. The fish doesn’t leave that funny ‘after taste’ like some of the other fish & chips shops does. The size of the fish is also bigger than any other places we’ve been to, always very fresh tasting and never disappoints. Most fish & chips places use the cheapest quality of fish (basa) and charges extra for premium fish, but here they serve snapper for their traditional fish & chips. The chips are always done very well, crunchy, tasty and never soggy or soaked with oil! Best of all, $12 for a serving of traditional fish (snapper!) & chips, absolutely no place can beat this!! To top it off, the owner lady is always super friendly and an absolute delight to chat to, always with a smile.

The 1st time we tried this place, we got there around 6pm, just the right time as it got so busy afterwards. We met so many locals while eating there and everyone raved about how good their fish & chips are!

Definitely a MUST try! This is our favourite and #1 fish & chips in Perth without doubt!

This little fish and chip shop is a true gem, run by a hardworking lady who is the very definition of “salt of the earth.” She’s been serving the local community for years, and somehow still manages to keep her prices unbelievably low in a time when the cost of living just keeps going up. Honestly, it’s the only place left where the saying “as cheap as chips” actually still applies.

The food is spot on every time – crispy, golden chips and perfectly battered fish that’s light, crunchy on the outside and soft, flaky on the inside. You can taste the care and effort that goes into every serve.

It’s hard to believe someone would work so tirelessly for so little return, but it’s clear she does it out of pride and dedication to her community. Simply amazing – a place that deserves every bit of support and...

We are visiting from overseas, and chanced upon this shop staying at our nearby AirBnB. The Vietnamese lady boss is very friendly and welcoming. She even gave us an extra rum infused pineapple fry which tasted really good and I highly recommend as a dessert.

A great fish and chips store, no frills, and extremely affordable and delicious. The snapper fish fry is really good. We got the seafood basket and it’s enough for a family of 3 to be satisfied.
