Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Balga

I came in on Saturday night as I was in the area and was craving a quick eat. I got the jalapeño bites and the new melt pizza that was advertised with garlic dip. As I waited to order the three staff were in the back chatting and ignoring me until what I assume is the manager, served me.

He told me to come back in ten minutes, I came back after five and sat on a chair and waited. There was only an Uber eats driver waiting but suddenly a family came in. It was two older gentleman, and a man holding a baby that started talking to that same manager. Immediately one of the older gentlemen went into the back and started helping.

As I waited I noticed the woman making the pizzas had a very long pony with no hair net, none of the staff had hair nets on. I assumed he was the owner but as time went on more delivery drivers came in and then the oldest man and the one holding the baby went into the kitchen with all of the staff. This is a huge health and safety hazard, none of them were in uniform but they clearly knew the staff and were just hanging around the back.

They gave me my order and I went into the car and noticed I had no garlic sauce with my melt as advertised. I went back in and the owner told me it doesn’t come with it but he would give it to me free of charge. Upon looking on your website it is advertised that it comes with it.

This is completely unprofessional and violates food safety regulations. This is coming from someone that has worked in the food industry for 8 years. Will never be back and will be contacting...

Pathetic. I order a super supreme that was missing toppings. When I phoned, I was told their vegetable order didnt turn up so they couldnt put them on pizzas. I wasnt told this when ordering or when picking up. I only discovered this upon getting home. I spoke to the manager of the Balga store and he told me to look under the cheese because it would be under the cheese. I took the cheese off all the pizza and not there. So now I had a pizza missing toppings and it looked like a dogs breakfast. When i told him this he found it amusing and laughed! The manager at first told me he would give me $5 credit on capsicum?!! I told him how about I come into your store and tell your customers for you that we are paying for toppings that we arent getting. After much bartering he agreed to replace this pizza. This should have been his initial offer at the least because of their mistakes.Very very poor customer service and this is the last time I ever order...

My friend was feeling very hungry so we decided to have a pizza from this branch but they have cooked that pizza very unprofessionally and unhygienically and when we took that pizza back to them the guy was serving there talked us very rudely and said that can’t do anything we are closed you can talk to owner and when we asked to talk to owner he said he will be sleeping now which was very frustrating as we were feeling very hungry and also instead of giving us replacement he grabbed and kept that one also along with him totally waste of money and time they are thinking that they can serve customers as they want. Worst service i have ever thats the reason people prefer dominos as they respect their customers and made their pizzas with love and respect.never go...
