I had the pleasure of visiting London Spuds at Endeavour Park recently, and I have to say, it was an experience worth sharing! The food truck serves the most incredible loaded potatoes I’ve ever had. These aren’t just your average potatoes; they’re perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside. The variety of toppings is fantastic, from savory meats to fresh veggies, all paired with rich, flavorful sauces that really take the dish to the next level. What I loved the most was the sheer quality and freshness of the food. You can tell they put a lot of care into each order. Each potato is loaded with generous portions of toppings, and every bite is full of flavor. It’s comfort food at its finest, but with a unique twist. Whether you're in the mood for something hearty or lighter, there’s something on the menu for everyone. But it wasn’t just the food that made my visit memorable; it was the amazing service. The guy running the truck was so friendly and welcoming. He greeted me with a smile, chatted for a bit, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s always nice when the person behind the counter is passionate about what they’re serving, and it really shows with London Spuds. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes the experience feel personal and special. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking out London Spuds. Whether you're a potato lover or just looking for a tasty meal, this food truck is definitely worth a visit. London Spud catered my daughters 18th birthday party on-site. What an absolutely fabulous choice and a welcome change, I wanted something a little different and they got it with the most amazing and delicious jacket spuds. Was it expensive? No, about the same as hiring a pizza van, and this team were excellent communicators and so helpful, whilst also loving the link to our London heritage, I couldn't resist. There were no complaints just 40+ well fed teenagers (which was great). My daughter had the Elizabeth Taylor and could not praise it enough, her only disappointment was that she didn't have enough room to try the Dr Who potato as well! There was not one complaint, London Spud were definitely the perfect choice as our party caterers, from communication, to arrival, set-up, service and departure, they were professional, courteous and helpful at all times. The servers were friendly and efficient and the party went on, without a food hitch. Thank you so much for being there for her when I couldn't be, can not recommend you enough; hopefully I will get to catch you at Teralba Park next time you are in...
