Urban Kitchen — Restaurant in Brisbane City

The lady at the front counter set the tone for a really unpleasant visit. The moment I asked to add extra onion to my order, she let out this big “ohhh” — like it was a huge hassle — and gave me a look that made it feel like I’d done something wrong just for asking.

The food was fine, but the service was flat-out terrible. She barely said a word the entire time, and every bit of body language screamed attitude. When she brought the coffee out, she just dumped it and walked off without a word.

Honestly, it felt like I was an inconvenience from the second I walked in. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend based on that...

Awesome little cafe in a shady oasis. Surrounded by car outlets, repair shops and administrative services, logistics center and schools, nice range of foods from mega health through coffee and cakes to fried up regular take away. Hot chips are amazing! all seasoned to perfection and all crispy. chicken ceaser salad is also great too. does maybe need less chicken and more sauce but still so good 🤤🤤. staff are amazing and so friendly.
