I’m so glad I found this cake business last year. My latest ordered has been my 5th (son’s 2nd and 3rd bday cakes, a cupcake order, my own birthday and my husband’s 40th). Each and every single cake (4 different cakes for my husbands birthday, coz why not?!) was made to perfection and great attention to detail. Those sponge cakes are so light, fluffy and moist. The flavours are unique and delicious - a sure way to impress your guests.

Dori is so easy to deal with and there is no request too hard or impossible. She goes above and beyond for her clients and her family is super supportive of her business as well.

Highly recommended The Flamingo patisserie! I ordered black sesame chiffon cake for my son’s 17th birthday cake. We ABSOLUTELY love it. The cake is light and fluffy. It is not very sweet and is just perfect for our liking.
