We are over the moon with our tropical garden wonderland transformation created by the Gardens Australia team. Just for reference, we used to call our garden The Wasteland. We didn't have a clear plan for it, and we found it impossible to maintain. All we knew was that we wanted it to be a low maintenance oasis, but weren't sure how to achieve that dream. After meeting with Gardens Australia, they designed a bespoke garden for us, which the photos I have attached just don't do justice - it's even more impressive in real life. Every element of the design was carefully thought out, including an overhaul of a reticulation system that wasn't functioning correctly. Care was taken to meticulously have each plant in a position that offers room for growth but also has a structural architectural aspect to it such as different plant heights to draw the eye, and this creates such a full look to garden. We now have a sanctuary we can enjoy and will take pride in. The team went above and beyond for us, including working full days in extreme heat and we want to thank them for that. If you're looking for a team who are respectful, diligent, prompt and reliable then look no further. They are also masters with reticulation, and I for one have learned a lot about that side of things! The new retic looks like a work of art itself. Thanks again, Gilbert, Lauren and team. After reading the limited number of reviews and the availability of this company we employed them to advise and assist us to re-vitalize our rather blank canvas of a garden. After acceptance and signature of contract we had to accept a number of changes re types of plants and shrubs to be used along with choices of outdoor planters, to complete the contract due to an apparent lack of stock. As disappointing this may have been we have to commend them on their work ethic in completing the task. However shortly after making final payment we had cause to request them to return to attend to leaking planters leaving nasty stains on our pool tiles, along with a bubbler being dislodged by water pressure causing a water fountain into our neighbor’s property and the loss of two African daisy plants. My discussion with the proprietor was less than pleasant during which time he made it clear that as far as he was concerned, he had met his obligations under the terms of the contract and that any plant loss was our concern and not his. So, if considering this company make sure that their after sales policy is clearly stated in their contract and that all requirements have been verified as being in stock and set aside for completion...

I have been employing Gilbert and his team at Gardens Australia for over 12 months on behalf of my mother who is elderly, has dementia but still manages to live at home with support. Initially the guys did a huge clean up of mum's garden which had been neglected for over many years. They worked diligently for 10 days straight (through rain and miserable weather) pulling weeds by hand to retain as much of the self seeded flowers and native plants as possible. At the end, after putting down eco mulch front and back, the gardens looked fantastic. Since then the guys have maintained mum's garden fortnightly and it continues to look great.

My mum loves nothing more than to look out over her garden, enjoying the birds and flowering trees and plants. The guys have been great in working with us to accommodate my mum's needs in relation to her dementia and are very accommodating in tackling any little extra jobs when they visit.
