Bought a family meat pack ($170) Asked if I could swap out chops because I don't eat them, was told no worries, still got chops instead of what I asked to swap out for. Was packed and taped up in a box so I couldn't check before leaving, was a fly trapped in box with the meat and hole in the bag of chicken. Chicken also a brown colour so will see freshness...
