....and again, this time (2024-10-19) consulting paint Colour Mixing Services when Sunil helped me, based on a flat and dry paint on a small timber piece, determining a good match paint colour code (please see the printout details labelled on the container). Therefore, Sunil expertise and assistance served not only to chose the right paint colour needed but also (potentially) saving some money using by myself one of those existing devices such as Taubmans Coloursmith Reader ... Only a couple of ‘team members’ who don’t understand the concept of customer service, but enough to warrant me never returning and choosing to spend my money elsewhere.

Your store is open on a Thursday until 9pm, yet from 3pm the option to make a purchase is at the information desk or the tools counter, leaving a number of registers and self serve idle. If you don’t want to pay people to serve, then I think it’s time for customers to take their hard earned money elsewhere.
