Got a bone on my bbq chicken pizza, didn't even get offered full refund. Haven't been back since.

I actually paid around $55 from memory? and you did not offer me a full refund what so ever I got $40 2 $20 notes. I stood around for a about 20 minutes in the shop, and no one offered service. I had to speak to a girl at the front after you stood around out back with some other man.

I brought back the full pizzas , and only requested the price of the pizzas. - What kind of scam would that be? You're a complete joke and that's a complete lie from you. I'm more than happy to come talk to you again in person any time and discuss it further if you would like?

As the time I was in the store you said nothing, even though I was perfectly reasonable, and a return, frequent customer.

There was a bone in the pizza mate, I bit into and it was there.I checked online and theres nothing legal I can force you to do. And if you feel like paying for my dental check up by all means send me some money. otherwise You can do better next time.

So I requested a refund AT MY CONVENIENCE. Not yours. I believe it was a monday/tuesday after the weekend ? I don't do things at your convenience buddy and neither does my dentist.

you're very very lucky there wasn't anything wrong with my teeth, other than a very small chip and some pain for a couple days.

The staff go above and beyond to please their customers. A scrupulously clean pizzeria. The pizzas are the best I have ever tasted. I love pizzas and make a point of ordering them on my many trips abroad. Cappa's are the best! The base is superb and the toppings are generous and delicious. Their parmigianas are amazing and are so reasonably priced; as are the yummy chicken wings. My daughter orders the burgers and loves them. I don't know what they do to their chips... they are the best! You can also dine in and watch them make the pizzas. Pick up and delivery (when one has had a few vinos or beers and can't drive) are available too. They are prompt and professional. Above all, eat local for the best pizzas...

Easily one of the best pizzas I've had in Hobart. A must visit if you're craving one pie! Chicken wings we had was full of flavour paired with great staff, extremely well priced menu, this place is perfect. Along with friendly service, they also offer delivery options and weekly deals .
