Tip shop in South Hobart is unmistakably the most exiting shop in our town! We all visitors here coming for different reason-looking for something we are lacking in our houses. Probably furniture, crockery, cutlery etc, or for decoration for houses that please individual eyes, and would be different from usual "cookie cutter" shops! Or collectors looking for the rare items. I actually spend quite a bit of time here and never leave without a hidden gem or two, the book section always keeps me occupied for longer than planned. I have fond memories coming here as a child with my dad who often found items for his projects here! I think it's really great to recycle things, and nice to see stuff getting used and not going to waste. The staff are also very nice and helpful. Most of the items are pretty inexpensive.
