The Staff here deserve a higher star rating (5) because they are always very polite and efficient however... I'm getting really tired of being overcharged and would like to suggest that Customers check their receipts.

I have already discussed this issue with Tony the Manager and he is aware of the issue however it occurred AGAIN today - that is 3 out of the past 3 shopping trips and it's just not right. Perhaps as staff are entering the info into the register they should glance at what comes up. I've always been offered an immediate refund but the fact that this has happened for the last 3 visits is what has brought me to write something here. Staff are friendly and helpful , produce is good quality - but the pricing issue needs addressing. Today I was charged for one type of melon when I'd actually purchased another cheaper type. Did the staff member just not know her "melons" or was it just another honest mistake - yes we all make mistakes but 3 out of 3 shopping experiences and I've been overcharged.

I'll continue to shop here because it's convenient but I'm being pedantic about checking my receipt every time.

Great local store for us. Packaged foods are, as expected for IGA, expensive compared to the red or green "ripoffs", but fresh fruit and vegetables are usually very good value for money, often better in quality than HS. Specials are often useful (not just junk food like chips and chocolate) and eagerly awaited (missing today?). They stock many of the excellent lines of Ziggy's delicatessen, so that's handy. No complaint about products but the guy at Deli that serviced me today! I walked in said ,Hi ,, he did not reply back and served me with no interest . I did politely ask if he could wrap it , he again did not ever bother to reply back ! Then started messaging on his phone .
