The woman operating this establishment was asking all the caucasion around the adjacent cafe if they would like to enter the gallery for free as it is free for "locals." As my girlfriend and I (not white)were heading to view the gallary she stopped us at the entrance and insisted we paid $10 as it costs for not locals.
