What a magical place. We took the train up to Kuranda and it was wonderful. Very informative and so scenic. I would encourage everyone to try this experience as well. We took our 4 and 5 year olds with us and they loved it too! The view is really breathtaking and on a sunny day it’s just even more so. Really worth coming out here to experience the natural beauty of our country. We weren’t the only ones here who enjoyed their time here. Barron Falls Train station offers fantastc views of not only the falls, but the upper gorge, Skyrail and a unique opportunity to observe the natural environment. The Station can be accessed by either the train, or the carpark above.
