Farmcraft Beenleigh — Local services in Logan City

Will not be back to Farmcraft Beenleigh. Twice now I have been put on the spot for not wearing a mask. (The first time being pointed at prior to entering the store from the car park, how embarrassing and alienating)

I think employees need to be reminded they are not law enforcement as well as the fact they are discriminating against someone with a disability. I also really don’t like waiting at the counter holding an 18 kg bag of dog food whilst a staff member sits at their computer (is it really that hard to serve someone or ask another staff member to serve them) - terrible customer service.

As Discrimination can lead to maximum 5 years in jail or $62000 fine I thought it might be nicer to just...

There is a new worker at Farmcraft. Blonde haired man, sorry I don't know his name He is always on the go and yesterday when I went there, cars were going into two lanes. He offered to bring 6 bags of grain to my car, but I was stuck in left hand lane behind 2 parked cars, who were taking a while there. I said thank you, but as the grain that I wanted was right up near the door going out, I said I would wait till I got closer. My husband & I WILL NOT be returning to this store - the mask mandate has just come back into force and I have a Medical Exemption. Upon entering the store the woman behind the counter yelled at me for not wearing a mask, I advised I had a medical exemption which she asked if I had on me (please know it is private information & she has no place to ask me to produce it). She yelled this whilst serving a customer with another customer there both staring.. how rude!!! I think people need to have some common sense and courtesy when dealing with the public - this IS NOT customer...
