Oh my god, highly recommend! My partner is Australian and he said it was the best eclairs he ever had (and he has been to France). I confirm, all the flavours are absolutely delicious! In addition to that, very beautiful presentation and creativity in the new flavours. Apple tatin tasted like the actual French cake (tarte tatin), I was chocked how good it was! And they make it gluten free with the same taste...

Just amazing! The most delicious and authentic eclairs in perth. With a twist of amazing flavours. The choux is spot on. The flavours are to die for.
