PitaPit Malaga — Restaurant in Malaga

Nothing special, overrated. All nice and clean and decent service but basically a glorified kebab joint. Ordered a chicken caeser salad and lamb pita, but was called immediately re my salad - the girl asked me what salad I would like, I told her I had ordered the caeser salad but she insisted I choose my own salad components. Asked her if she could just make a caeser salad as I wasn’t sure of the ingredients myself but once again told to pick anything I wanted to be in there. When I asked for specific items that are in the salad I was told they didn’t have those such as Parmesan cheese, anchovies and croutons. What is the point of listing such salads if the ingredients aren’t available anyway?

If the board said, ‘Make your own salad’, it would be a bit clearer instead of drawing people into a nice fresh salad that they would effectively have to make themselves anyway.

I wouldn’t want to ask for a tabouli salad!

The lamb pita was ok but real flavour lacking and the order mixed up with someone else’s.

At least at a kebab joint they make what you ask for.

Terrible service, below average food and smoothies.

First and last time going there for lunch (Malaga).

Before I even started the order, lady at the counter was already huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes as if taking an order was the hardest thing in the world.

Asked for a Caesar Salad which I thought was pretty simple, didn't realize it meant make-your-own salad and you get some pale chicken and a few bits of bacon.

She asked what would you like in your salad and I said I asked for a Caesar..? "Just tell me what you would like in it and I'll make it for you" While rolling her eyes.

Why have different types of salad on the menu to choose from if you have to make it yourself anyway?

I had a fantastic first experience at Pita Pit in Malaga. I went on Sunday 3/12 at 12pm, and the man who served me was polite and patient. He offered to explain how it works at their restaurant, and I asked for the donburi chicken bowl without corn or beans. The meal was made within 5 minutes. The other 2 ladies working there were polite and the staff were attentive to other customers. The restaurant was clean. My meal was delicious and fresh! The options were vast, with smoothies, pitas, salads, and bowls with flexibility for dietary requirements and preferences. There is good parking out the front, so it’s easily accessible, with tables for dine-in and easy takeaway, as I had. I also noticed the man who served me took money off for no corn or beans which was very kind. I would recommend coming here for a delicious...
