As a regular customer at Cannings Malvern, the customer service there this afternoon was nothing short of disgraceful! In particular, one of the staff members was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to correct or compensate for his earlier poor service that required me to return an item I found to be damaged, when I got home. For what’s supposed to be a high quality butcher, charging inflated prices, I would expect better! For the sake of the business, I would suggest further staff training in customer service should be a top priority! I won’t shop at this store again and I will suggest to local friends and family...

Andrew has exceptional manager skills with fantastic customer service, courteous, answer all the meat questions, and goes out of his way to give you great service with that glorious happy smile. A great butcher. It is such a pleasure to enter the store first thing in morning and see his face.

He just stared at me very rudely and did not say anything. He may not have understood my question and if that was the case he could have politely clarified rather than making me feel uncomfortable.
