Just want to say thank you for your kindness yesterday. My daughter has been fixing her eyes on bonsai planting with her very very recent venture into pot plants to my surprise!! She won’t move after walking into your nursery yesterday. We just hiked up 500 km altitude and 10 more km to go!! She impressively carried her bonsai in her hand, up and down the Dandenong Ranges.. then she put the dearest bonsai on the top of the car while changing... The rest is history!! I could see the pain and pale face. My immediate instinct was to drive back to you. Of course your shop was shut shut after 4.20pm, with your formal trading starts only on 14/11!! I was counting my lucky stars on flagging your attention in desperation! Thank you so much for making the day up for us after such hard work! Hope the plant survives the shock! I can highly recommend the Bonsai day course. Jeff gave us some very interesting background to the development of the art form and info on what bonsai need to be healthy. Lunch at local cafes was followed by each of us getting to grips with live trees. Jeff and Anou are both very patient and willing teachers, everyone received the assistance they needed to create stunning bonsai art works, and the understanding to look after them, notes to take away and offers of future assistance.
