The venue was great,but our party leaders were a bit too young to know how to lead the party ( they might have been 14 and 16 years old). They did great face painting, they have had few good magic tricks, but there were lots of moments when they were like: "mmmmmm what shall we do?". We have had the cupcake decorating party,but there was nothing special about decorating them.There was no piping bag ,just a knife to splat some icing on the cupcake. I had to ask for more tools ( we've got more teaspoons),because the kids couldn't wait to share 1 knife to spread the icing on their cupcakes ( they were tasty). I didn't hear much music.We have had the place booked for 2 hours in order to have the disco as well, but all in all,the kids danced 2 songs only. Really, the party leaders were young and inexperienced. Could you at least put someone experienced with someone who's learning how to lead a party? For how much we paid it felt a bit of a rip off.The popcorn and chips included means the party leaders came to offer a tablespoon of popcorn and a tablespoon of chips on the plate for each child....Thank you !!! The children have had fun,but they have seem better parties. It was a bit of a boring party....

I love this venue! I have held two birthday parties here. It is a great party space; not too big and not too small, it’s comfortable and full of fun decorations and colour and a groovy cake trolley and a brilliant sound system and plenty of seating for parents, if they want to stay. This year, my daughter had her 8th birthday party at Fairy Cool Parties. The theme was unicorn disco party. Natalie was a dream to deal with from start to finish. So calm and down to earth. The team and the party hosts / facilitators (Jess and Kitty) were amazing and kept the party moving and the girls entertained for two full hours! 20 gorgeous 8 year old girls enjoying two hours of non stop fun, disco dancing, party games, balloons galore, face painting, fairy bread, and a huge unicorn birthday cake!.....a room full of sweet girls with unicorn headbands and big smiles. And most importantly, the birthday girl had the biggest smile of all and a very happy heart. The whole party ran smoothly. Thank you so much Natalie, Jess, Kitty and team. Even the sandwiches for the parents were delicious! I would highly recommend this party...

We recently celebrated our son’s 4th birthday with a construction-themed party at Fairy Cool Parties, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Natalie and her team were fantastic—so accommodating with every request, from timing and adjusted menus to allowing BYO grazing plates for the adults, to ongoing communication leading up to the day.

My first impression of the venue was simply “wow!” It had been styled perfectly to match the construction theme — every detail was thoughtfully done and looked amazing.

The ladies running the party made everything look effortless—from the face painting as guests arrived to the seamless way they managed the two hours of fun and activities. Handling 21 young children (plus plenty of adults!) is no small feat, yet they did it with such calm, kindness, and professionalism. They made sure the birthday boy felt extra special, stayed organised throughout, and were so polite and responsive to me the entire time.

It truly was a lovely afternoon, and I think everyone had a wonderful time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another children’s party...
