I thought I called Johnny boys pizza and ordered my usual jumbo pizza with extra sauce and garlic. The guy was great at confirming my order was correct but my normal $24.90 pizza with delivery included came to $35.30!! I questioned the price and the guy ran through the costs. I asked when they started charging for extras and he was kinda rude and said they always have charged. I said I'm looking at the menu here and it says no charge for half and half or extras. He said I must have a super old menu because they've always charged extra.
I gave up and accepted it and then when I went to pay they wanted to charge another $1 for prepaying!! We paid and then got off the phone and was still super confused as to why my normal order was $11 more. Husband wanted to call and cancel and order elsewhere as we felt a bit cheated. We looked up the website and found out they had changed to JJs pizza. I dont understand why they wouldn't have told me they've changed business, especially when they still have the same phone number.
Pizza was actually good pizza but wont be...

The main problem with most of the concoctions that I have them make is that they get so complicated that it takes them 25 minutes to create. This isn't a complaint, I just find it amusing that they would play along so long as I am paying for what I am getting. In addition the staff are very nice. The primary reason for this praise is that they are willing to make the (nearly) random things I ask for them to put on my orders but secondarily, if you ask them then they are willing to simply give you a serviette along with your order; this is because they have them hidden behind the counter, for some reason. Finally there is just a wollies nearby to actually...
