Was introduced to rave nutrition bar by my boyfriend who’s a long term patron and initially I was skeptical of the benefits of the drinks themselves initially.

However upon returning and doing the three step program of aloe shot, tea and smoothie I felt so refreshed hydrated and little to no sugar cravings the rest of the day. Highly recommend going on an empty stomach and starting your day right. I’ve had some health issues and as a result feel fatigued and struggle to stay hydrated on a cellular level day to day, but each time I’ve gone I’ve felt so much better.

Sues extremely knowledgeable about the product and I can’t commend her enough on her ability to make people feel at home within the business.

Currently recovering from a kidney transplant with a few of the at home tea packs to assist my hydration and it’s been such a game changer. Little to no sodium and loads of magnesium so fantastic for those who may have similar issues with cramping or even dialysis patients.

Rave Nutrition offers delicious and healthy drinks that always hit the spot! Their shakes are packed with flavour. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which adds to the great atmosphere. However, service can be really slow. The workers tend to chat a lot with customers, which is nice for creating a friendly vibe but not ideal if you’re in a rush. Definitely my new favourite. I am addicted. Smoothies and tea’s are delicious. You are made feel so welcome as soon as you walk in. Sue is amazing and always makes my morning seeing her smile when I arrive. I look forward to some time out while sitting at the bar, having a chat while I enjoy my treat.
