Our first time ordering from here tonight. Pizza was delicious. We got the New Yorker size - 1 pizza is enough for 3 hungry adults. Only downside was that their staff need to be more accurate with wait times as they said it would be 20-25mins, but took 40. Other than that, we're pleased with the quality and amount of food and will give them go 👍

Edit: gave them another chance tonight as the power is out due tk the storms. When I ordered, the young girl said 10-15 mins, but the owner quickly corrected her and said 20 mins. I came back 20 mins later. The owner said 5-6mins more. I went and sat in my car and then went back into the store. I ordered at 4:55 and walked out a total of 45 minutes later. I spoke to the owner as clearly the wait times were incredibly inaccurate (I dont mind waiting 45 mins, but just be honest and upfront that there will be a wait). The owner didn't apologize and said they are the only store open due to the power outage (yes, this is the case but doesn't excuse telling people completely incorrect wait times). After all this, we drive home (2 mins) and half of the food was already barely luke warm. It seems they cooked the pizza well before our parmas so the pizza was not even remotely hot. Ordered online and left as soon as the order went through, 10 minute drive no traffic lights too and from.

When we got there our order wasn't ready which is fine, waited a further 15+ minutes before we received our food and then another 10 minutes home. (10 minutes is nothing, i've had pizza delivered to me fresher within that same travel time)

Ive previously worked in a kitchen for 8 years in which we served very similar items, pizzas, chips, chicken etc.

I know what pizza looks like when its been sitting for too long.

Our pizza was cold, base was soggy and sticking to the cardboard (had to use a spatula to separate it from the box) cheese on both loaded chips and pizza had congealed.

Items were definitely not cooked and timed properly with the other items ordered, you need to teach your cooks to have better "pacing" or in other words "coordinate the order" so all of it is done at the same time ready for handing over to the customer.

$70 worth of food, one expects better quality. Absolute let down based on...

Strike 1: May 24th 2025 my niece ordered 6x large pizza to be picked up, she received 5x large pizza and 1x empty box. Strike 2: Aug 20th 2025 I placed an order (to be delivered) online and paid for it online, but it never went through. I called to see where my order was about 1hr after the est. delivery time, was told they never received it so I placed it again with them on the phone. Thank god the online payment never went through. Strike 3: Aug 24th 2025 I placed an order (to be delivered) online and paid for it online, this time it went through. Est. delivery 1hr 10min. After 1hr 40min I called to chase up my order. Received apology and advised a further 30min waiting time. Finally received order 2hr 10min after order time, with 2x little complimentary desserts. Driver apologised and told me I was entitled to a free small pizza next time. NO THANKS, YOU LOST...
