Purchased a coffee and snack food (muffins and donuts) as we were driving through and everything tasted horrible. When we spoke with the team member about the coffee machine possibly having an issue due to the poor taste and snack food tasting stale they were quite dismissive and didn’t want to hear our feedback in case other customers were also going to raise the same issue.
