First of all, like to say Thank you to Haymes Sunbury for putting me on to Wattyl Sunbury.
Reason Haymes did was that my daughter has an account there and is one of thier better clients. Thank you for being honest with your advice and Wattyl! It isn't that all your products are better but your flooring products are one of the best on the market and you are shooting yourselves in the foot as I have spoken to alot of people about this and you are going to lose the trade market over a crazy decision. Only making 4L cans instead of 20L cans when you are still making the product. Seems crazy to hear since houses need 20L cans as it isn't like a wall where you can change colours. You use the same product across the floor not change products or colours.
Wattyl Sunbury! CAROLYN that served me was great, she did everything to try and find me the paint I needed in a 20L. Sunbury! You would have got the deal if your store manager wasn't a foul, saying we are a small store so our prices need to be higher than the quote I got from other wattyl stores... you want business or you want the profits! Customer service is good if followed up with providing service, bunnings does well as all stores work together which sorry to say Store manager, you didn't but Carolyn did to a point till she needed to go through you. Not good for a store manager...
Brooklyn: I was so disappointed with the amount of stuff ups! I was promised paint would be there the next day, when called to find out what was going on, to find the manager I spoke to was taking time off to Wednesday due to Melbourne Cup weekend and nobody new what was going on. Then I spoke to someone else that was sorting it out as I had an email stating all and still all fell apart due to no communications... Josh without any issues should be the manager of that store. Firstly, melbourne cup weekend he was there working like every other manager I dealed with. He was very professional, kept to his word and followed up everything. Each time I called he was on top of it, today i called again and a staff member told me the item would cost more and i would need to buy two sets to get a cheaper price, then I requested to speak to Josh and all was sorted. I was going to buy another set to find that the employee didn't have any idea what he was talking about, only had one left! Just would have delayed me even more... A BIG THANK YOU TO JOSH for everything you did for me. Reason you got a three STAR which would have been a five if everything what i was told was correct from others... The three stars is for Josh's effort and communicating with East HAWTHORN to make sure all went to plan.
HAWTHORN EAST! What can I say, the most perfect store out of all! I WAS GOING TO BUY THE STOCK FROM EAST HAWTHORN BUT SINCE BROOKLYN WAS CLOSER THEY SORTED EVERYTHING OUT WITH JOSH AT BROOKLYN, JOSH AND EAST HAWTHORN STORE AT THE END WHERE GREAT! Everyone at East hawthorn were on top of the order, communications was brilliant. Been a CEO of my own company in the past and I would have had any employee from east Hawthorn and Josh run my business, not! The staff at East HAWTHORN are great but if correct the manager was the one I was dealing with and I put my hands together to him... brilliant team work and it shows that you are worthy of being a manager of that store. To add injury to insult he turned out to be incompetent. Order a Wattyl Titanium white sample pot and it comes out sky blue. Order a Wattyl Stalactite white sample and it comes out grey. Waste of an exercise and waste of time driving back for a refund. Wouldn't have bothered but they charge $7 for a sample pot and I bought four. Competitors charge $1.20. I pointed out to Ian that he was the one who mixed the paint incorrectly but he was too full of himself to even offer an apology. ...
