Where do I start - we run seminars for dentists all over Australia. At our Melbourne seminar 3 years ago, the venue coffee machine had broken down which left our melbourne delegates without their morning coffee hit and of course this was very disappointing! I madly started ringing every coffee company that I could find on google and I got exceptional customer service from Patrick of Wheelys. He quickly agreed to send me a Wheelys team including coffee cart and two baristas within 3 hours of me calling him! By midday, we were serving our delegates coffee and it was good quality coffee! There were fresh smiles on all of our seminar delegates faces again and we continually receive feedback on our seminars that simply raves about the coffee!

You have to be kidding, as a guest speaker at an event I approached the cart for a coffee at 10.55, so I could get a coffee prior to going on stage and a couple minutes before the delegates came down for coffee. Well, I was gobsmacked, only to be told by the Barista he does not open until 11am. He just stood there and looked at me when I questioned him again he said to his assistant 'we do not get paid until 11am by this stage it was 10.58. I am passing on such feedback to the organisers and the venue management as well...it was witnessed by some senior officials who were considering this cart for future events. Fantastic service from Wheely's. They arrived early, the staff were lovely, and easily handled a large volume of guests at our corporate event. The cart uses all fair trade products and not only did coffees but chai's, a large range of teas, hot chocolates and had syrup to make flavoured drinks. They also use great quality almond milk, soy etc. Patrick as our contact point was very easy to deal with and responsive, and helpful when we needed a last minute change to the event time.
