I really enjoyed my recent distillery visit. The setting is lovely, looking out over an expanse of lawn to the surrounding hills. There is a small area of tables to enjoy a drink, and take in the surrounding. You can order cheese and crackers to go with your drinks, which is comprised of a local Woombye cheese and some amazing sourdough crackers. The Distillery Experience is fantastic, and very well priced compared to others I've tried. For $15 you get to taste their full range of vodka, gins and rums, and different ones were also tried with mixers, and some even made into mini cocktails so you got the full tasting experience. Recently visited for a friends Birthday, I drink a couple of glasses of wine a week max and the only spirit I usually drink is Irish cream, so wasn’t really holding out much hope on this being my thing.

Oh how wrong I was. The staff were fabulous, they were attentive without being intrusive. Michael even obliged with an impromptu tasting, I discovered although I am not a dry gin person, there is other gins I do love. For me it is the parfait gin first up, I am definitely going back for Mums Rose Bouquet which I discovered late in the day. A bottle of Mr Barista did follow me home.

We had a group of 12 ladies and everyone found drinks they really enjoyed. Highly recommend a visit whether you are a Sunny Coast local or visiting for a few days. Returning to taste the rum and to purchase Mums...

Attended a fantastic cocktail master class with my mom for her late x-mas gift, where the chemistry of gin truly shone. A special shoutout to Ash who made our experience super memorable. A simple 3 minute phone call with her, she customised the menu to our taste palette. Her expertise turned simple ingredients into exquisite concoctions. Their passion for gin's intricate flavours and everything local, elevated the experience.
